Although we do not have a concrete returns/cancellation policy yet, we love happy customers.

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return,
1) All Products to be returned or exchanged must be unused.
2) All Products must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3) All Products should not be broken or tampered with.
4) The Products needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return is only eligible:

1) in case of a size issue.
2) in case of a defected/wrong product received.

Return is NOT applicable for colour, please note that the products shipped would be as per the colour displayed on our website.

How to Send Us Your Return?

Once you have informed our customer support team either by mail or by phone, they will guide you on the same and provide the return address.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 48 hours on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds will be processed within 36 hours from approval. If your return is approved, we will either

  • 1) initiate a size exchange/ replacement; or
  • 2) refund in the form of equivalent store credit in your registered account or a bank deposit through NEFT.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
We do-not have a cancellation policy at the moment. You are welcome to reach out to our customer service team and see if they can help you out. If the item(s) has been specially procured for you or if we have already shipped it out we would be unable to cancel the order.

How long does it take to get my refund?
In case we have agreed to a cancellation, the time taken to get the refund is entirely dependant on the bank, once we initiate the cancellation. This could take up to 7 working days.
