Are the products purchased online covered by warranty?
Incase you do have issues with the product please do speak to our customer support team ( and we will do our best to help you out.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat shipping charge of 75 Rs on all orders placed on our website. However, when it comes to bikes and trainers, we charge 750 Rs per bike shipping charge.

What is the estimated delivery time?
  • Mentioned as 3 - 5 days delivery time: We try and ship these out the same day or at the latest the next day of you placing an order with us. Couriers normally take another 2 - 3 working days to get the product to you.
  • Mentioned as more than 5 days delivery time: These items are a tad tricker to source and deliver. There is a slim chance that the items might be out of stock even thought you are able to order them off our site. Like always, we will do our best to ensure you get what you ask for!
  • Out of Stock items: Products that are not available for sale and are not trivial for us to source are typically marked as Out of Stock. Send us an email ( and let us know if you are interested in these and we can figure out some alternatives for you.

How is delivery time determined?
We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the item details page. If the product is available with us, we will try and get it to you within 5 days. However, we might need to procure some items. For these items, you will see a delivery time of 15-20 days.
For most areas, we use reputed couriers for our deliveries. Business days exclude business holidays, Tuesdays(our weekly off) and Sundays(everyone else is off)
Sounds long we know, but we always do our best to get your purchases to you as soon as we can.

How is the delivery done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers like Delhivery and DTDC. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Speedpost.

What about hidden costs (Taxes and Octroi)?
We have factored in all the costs and the MRP is the final price of the product. The only extra bit you might be paying for are the shipping costs.
